How to choose the right cleaning
Regular, deep or move-out?

If you are moving out of a rental, a move-out cleaning is the one to book. If you are staying put and the house simply needs attention, book a deep cleaning, then decide whether to keep it up with regular visits.
One-time or recurring?
A one-time cleaning suits a single event: a move, a party, a renovation, or a home that needs one good catch-up. Recurring cleaning suits a home you want kept clean week after week. The quote form offers one time, weekly, every two weeks and monthly. A recurring visit usually takes less time than a first visit, because less builds up between cleanings. If you are unsure, ask us to quote both.

Common questions about our cleaning services
Which cleaning service do I need?
Start with how the home looks today. If it is in decent shape and you want it kept that way, book regular cleaning. If it has been months since a thorough cleaning, book a deep cleaning first. If the home is empty because you are moving, book a move-in or move-out cleaning. For one job, such as carpets, grout or windows, book that service on its own. If you still cannot decide, tell us about the home on the quote form and we will suggest one.
Can I combine services in one visit?
Yes, you can ask for more than one thing on a single quote. For example, a deep cleaning with the inside of the oven and fridge, or a move-out cleaning with carpet cleaning in the bedrooms. List everything you need in the quote form and we will quote it together, so you see one total with the sales tax on its own line. The add-ons page lists the extras.
Do you clean offices or businesses?
No. We clean homes only: houses, apartments, condos, co-ops and short-term rentals. We also do not offer pressure washing, chimney or duct cleaning, water, fire or mold remediation, junk hauling, or drop-off laundry service. Laundry done in your home during a visit is one of our add-ons.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes. Deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning and after-construction cleanup are usually one-time jobs, and you can book a regular cleaning just once too. Choose “One time” under “How often” on the quote form. If you like the result, you can switch to weekly, every-two-week or monthly visits later.
